1 10 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup corn oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 10 oz can mandarin oranges
2 tbsp sliced green onion
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Combine oil, vinegar and soya sauce to make dressing.
Add mushrooms to rice.
Toss with dressing.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving.
