Mushroom Cream Sauce

butter (or margarine)
1 onion, diced
1 can pieces & stems mushrooms
1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
garlic salt
pepper
whipping cream (unwhipped)
soya sauce
President's Choice 4 Peppercorn Sauce (or Memories of Sczechwan)

Melt butter in large skillet.
Add vegetables and cook until soft. Season with garlic salt & pepper.
Add soya sauce and Peppercorn Sauce (amount of each is your preference).
Pour in whipping cream (amount is your preference).
Simmer until sauce is consistency you want.

Serve over barbequed steak.

option: cook chicken or pork in skillet along with the sauce. Add the meat after softening the vegetables.
